Sparrowdale is for hosting and sharing with others! The entire space is rentable during certain time slots on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and you can use it as-is or set it up with our long tables and chairs (seating 20-30) for an event. Pricing is all-inclusive no matter how you set up, you don't have to clean your house, and everything you need for hosting is right there (except for the food!). This is the place to host your... When you rent Sparrowdale for a private event, you have the entire space for your group for the duration of your booking. This includes: Full Kitchen (Sink, Oven, Stove, Microwave, Refrigerator/Freezer, Pebble Ice Maker) Dining Dishes/Silverware Table Decor (candlesticks and some seasonal items) Bathroom Front Room Back Room You can use the space as-is, or set up the long tables and chairs for dining seating (also included in your rental). Set-up, tear-down, and clean-up all must be completed within your booked time slot. When you are finished using the space, clean-up guidelines are as follows: 1. Wash and put away all dining dishes used 2. Put away tables and chairs that you used and re-set the room to how it was when you arrived. 3. Sweep the floor To inquire about entire day rentals or for adjusted rental times to fit your needs, please contact us! Non-Member booking prices include the base rate plus a refundable $100 security deposit. If you are a Sparrowdale member, member booking prices are 20% off the base rate; Gather member booking prices are 40% off the base rate. Members do not have to pay a security deposit.
