1. Personal membership holders and Gather primary membership holders must be 18+ years of age. If you have a keycard, either because you have a Personal membership or because you are an additional keycard holder as part of a Gather membership, you are welcome to bring up to one guest when you visit. If you are the primary membership holder for a Gather membership, you are allowed up to five guests. The additional keycard holders on your Gather membership are still limited to one guest per visit. Your children under the age of 5 do not count into your non-member guest limits. Keycard sharing is not allowed, and if you bring in a non-member guest we ask that you are there the entire time they are! 

 

2. Minors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult when they are using Sparrowdale! Minors between the ages of 14-17 can use Sparrowdale alone if they are part of a family with a Gather membership and have their own keycard. ​

3. If you are not local and would like to use Sparrowdale for a day, we are currently working on a day pass plan. Alternatively, we always welcome you to visit on a Friday afternoon during open public hours from 12-5 p.m.!

4. The "Back Room" is available for free reservation by members during open member hours. If you want a semi-private meeting space for a group of up to 6 people, the Back Room will work perfectly for you! Reservations can be made here, or you are welcome to just walk in and use it if it is available when you arrive. When hosting a group in the Back Room, please continue to follow the non-member guest number guidelines for your respective membership.

5. The entire Sparrowdale space is available to rent for dinners, graduation parties, birthday parties, showers, or any of your other hospitality needs! Private event rentals can be made up to 6 months in advance by either members or non-members (although annual Personal members receive a 20% discount on their event rentals, annual Gather members receive a 40% discount on their event rentals, and members do not have to pay a security deposit). Event rental reservations can be made here. Sparrowdale will not be open to anyone except your group during private event rentals. All set-up/tear-down/clean-up is done by you within your time block.

 

 6. A fee of $10 will be assessed to cover the cost of replacing a lost or stolen keycard.

7. We have video monitoring in Sparrowdale for your safety as well as space use accountability. We want to be as generous as possible while also asking that you honor the system and use integrity above all. Your membership ensures that we can keep this door open on Main Street and offer this space to the community, and we appreciate your investment so much!​​​​
