space rentals

The entire Sparrowdale space is rentable at designated times on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for 20-30 people. 

This is the place to host your baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, anniversary celebrations and dinners, rehearsal dinners, retreats, fundraising events, and more.

1. Set-Up

You can use the space as-is, or set up the long tables and chairs for dining seating (also included in your rental). 

 

2. Host

All of Sparrowdale is fully reserved for your group, including: ​

Front Room

Back room

Bathroom

Full Kitchen

Dining Dishes/Silverware

Candlesticks ​

3. Clean-up

Put away tables and chairs that you used and re-set the room to how it was when you arrived.

Sweep the floor.

Wipe down the bathroom with cleaning wipes (provided).

Wash and put away all dining dishes used.​​​​​​​

You can also reserve just the Back Room at any time during open member hours, without booking a private rental. It's free to reserve the Back Room, and it comfortably accommodates 6-8 people - perfect for a study group or meeting. 

 

Non-member pricing includes the base price plus a refundable security deposit. Member pricing is discounted from the base price. To inquire about entire day or entire weekend rentals, please contact us!
